Shipping Policy:
Atelier Beroj offers both national and international shipping. All orders are processed and shipped from our studio. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on the destination, size, and weight of the order.
General Shipping Guidelines:

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Custom or made-to-order items may require additional production time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order details.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or shipping carriers.

Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.
If you have any special delivery requests or need an expedited shipment, please contact us directly before placing your order.
Return Policy: We do not accept returns or replacements. However, we will collaborate with you in case of any major complications or errors on our part.
Undelivered Packages: If your package hasn’t been delivered, please check your tracking number. This is automatically sent to the email address associated with your purchase when your shipping label is created. If the shipping message indicates your items are being prepared at the Atelier Beroj studio, contact the United States Postal Service for national and UPS, Fedex for international for the most up-to-date information. If your parcel has not moved for over a week, contact USPS for assistance. If you've started a claim, provide us with the claim number, your name, order number, and date of purchase.
While we strive to make the shipping process straightforward, packages are out of our control once delivered to USPS. We can assist you in the claim filing process but cannot control the package's location. A refund will be issued when deemed lost by USPS.
Made to Order Items: Refer to the timeframe on the product listing page for handcrafted tools or please send an email to atelierberoj@gmail.com for detailed information.
Damaged Goods Policy: Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery date for a refund. Send a photo of the damaged piece, along with the box and packaging, to atelierberoj@gmail.com. Refund or exchange will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Tax: Atelier Beroj is not responsible for tax or customs charges. You may need to pay customs fees upon picking up your parcel.
"Second" or "Secondary" Products: Seconds are pieces that don’t meet aesthetic quality standards or are test products. Imperfections do not affect the piece's integrity unless noted otherwise. They are offered at reduced rates to reflect visual impurities.
Acknowledgment: By purchasing Atelier Beroj products, you acknowledge that each item is handmade, unique, and may show marks of the crafting process. Variations in glaze application and size are intentional. All wares are food-safe, and most are dishwasher and microwave-friendly. Being that the pieces are made by hand, the more gentle hand wash method ensures extra care and longevity. Returns are not accepted beyond receiving the wrong product.
Your package can be sent using recycled materials. This is part of our efforts to reduce, reuse, and recycle.
